El turismo juega un papel importante en el conocimiento del hombre por explorar lugares de interés que
satisfagan su curiosidad y es por eso que en esta sección les informamos de aspectos turísticos de la zona.

En la ciudad
de Naranjos, Ver., las albercas del club Cena, ubicadas a un costado de la carretera federal, cerca de la comunidad de Cervantes, son un buen lugar para pasar un buen rato.

time.
Este es el monolito conocido como"SOL PONIENTE"que
se encuentra en la antingua cabecera municipal, Amatlán y según la historia de los indígenas, le bailaban alrededor de él para que lloviera y se tuviera mejor cosecha.

ESTE ES EL NUEVO KIOSCO DEL PARQUE DE AMATLÁN-This is the new kiosc at the park of amatlan.
Este kiosco antiguo ubicado en el parque de Amatlán, tiene alrededor de 100 años de antigüedad y sigue como una joya de gran legado de parte de los antiguos pobladores de ese lugar.
This old kiosc is about 100 years old and it continues as a legacy yewel from the old settlers of this place.
TAMIAHUA
Empezaremos hablando de Tamiahua que cuenta con gran gastronomía y su gente es muy hospitalaria con sus visitantes. Ese lugar se encuentra a 30 minutos de Cd. Naranjos, Veracruz., yéndose en carro. Hay también camionetas y autobuses que transportan a la gente que va a esa pintoresca villa.
Al llegar puedes pescar o darte un paseo en lancha por las islas cercanas o para explorar los esteros existentes. Las islas de referencia son las de: Pájaros” “El Toro” y “El ídolo”. También si te gusta bucear puedes hacerlo en los arrecifes de la isla “De Lobos”.
En Tamiahua se han encontrado vestigios de la cultura huasteca que floreció por la zona, al igual que en la antigua Tamiahua, ubicada muy cerca de la comunidad de Majagual. Continuando con la ruta de los piratas, puedes visitar la Ex hacienda de San Sebastián, donde según los lugareños sus propietarios contactaron con los filibusteros que mantenían en jaque al litoral veracruzano. Eso fue hace más de 300 años
Hasta este sitio en la laguna llegan aves en el invierno; por lo que se les puede fotografiar. Además se pueden apreciar garzas, patos Cormoranes, fragatas, pelícanos, águilas pescadoras y gaviotas entre otras especies.
Las fiestas más relevantes son: la Semana Santa, en la cual hay mucho turismo, el carnaval que se efectúa en mayo, la fiesta patronal de Santiago Pescador que se verifica en julio, la Feria del Ostión que se desarrolla al comenzar agosto, la Fiesta de los Fieles Difuntos en el mes de noviembre y las celebraciones del Día del Niño Perdido , Día de la Vírgen María, Navidad y el año nuevo.
TAMIAHUA IN ENGLISH

Veracruz, Mexico that has great food and its people es very hospitable with the visitors. This place is located 30 minutes from Naranjos City, Veracruz., going by car. There
are also trucks and buses transporting the people to that village.
Upon arrival you can fish or give you a
boat ride around the nearby islands or to explore the existing wetlands. The islands of reference are to: "Pajaros" "" El Toro "and" "Idolo". Also if you like diving you can do it on the
reefs of the island "De lobos."
In Tamiahua have found traces of the Huasteca culture that flourished in the area, as in
the old Tamiahua, located near the community of Majagual. Following the path of the pirates, you can visit the former estate of San Sebastian, where according to local owners contacted the
filibusters that kept in check the Veracruz coast. That was more than 300 years ago.

TUXPAN,VER.
Tuxpan es la ciudad más importante de la Huasteca Veracruzana, situada al norte del Estado de Veracruz, está ubicada a 80 kilómetros
de Naranjos, Ver., .Este es un destino turístico muy hermoso donde se conjugan la belleza de su río, sus manglares, sus arrecifes y su malecón y que decir de su gastronomía que es reconocida
a nivel nacional e internacional.
Este puerto cuenta con la infraestructura necesaria para ofrecerle a sus visitantes un estancia placentera y los servicios en alimentación y diversión están al alcance de los bolsillos de la gente. También es el lugar estratégico para la inversión pues cuenta con magníficas vías de comunicación y asimismo es un centro estratégico para la importación, exportación y distribución de muchas mercancías. De igual manera hay que darse una vuelta por la playa para pasar un buen rato nadando en sus cristalinas aguas.
Importantes grupos empresariales de primer nivel, ya han estado poniendo su mira en Tuxpan, pues conocen que esta ciudad será muy desarrollada en el futuro; por lo que si es usted inversionista o turista nacional o extranjero este lugar los espera con los brazos abiertos.
TUXPAN, VER (IN ENGLISH)
Tuxpan is the most important city in the Huasteca Veracruzana, situated at the north of the state of Veracruz, is located 80 kilometers from Naranjos, Ver.,. This is a very beautiful tourist destination where we combine beauty of its river, its mangroves, its reefs and its pier and its gastronomy to say that is recognized nationally and internationally.
This port has the necessary infrastructure to offer its visitors a pleasant stay and food services and entertainment are available to the pockets of people. It is also the strategic place for investment because it has superb communication channels and also is a strategic center for the import, export and distribution of many goods. Similarly must be a turn for the beach to spend time swimming in its crystalline waters.

EL TAJÍN
Esta ciudad fue el centro de la cultura totonaca, y se conservan elementos que permitieron el conocer esta civilización. entre los años 800 y el 1150 D. C. La ciudad prehispánica de El Tajín está ubicada a 8 km de Papanta, Veracruz, en las proximidades de la costa del Golfo de México. Tajín en totonaca significa "trueno". Fue declarada por la UNESCO como patrimonio Mundial en 1992.
En arquitectura, realizaron edificios con la incorporación de nichos cuadrados o rectangulares trabajados con mucha simetría.
El Centro prehispánico se divide en: la Plaza del Arroyo -formada por templos palacios y altares-, la Zona Central, el xicalcoliuhquis (atributo a Quetzalcóatl), el Tajín Chico y el Grupo de las Columnas.
Se encuentran pocas pinturas murales en este centro, pero sus técnicas señalan un avanzado manejo del dibujo y del color .
Las más importantes edificaciones son la Pirámide de los Nichos -con una base cuadrada de 36 metros de lado-, el Juego de Pelota (el Central y el del Sur en que se destacan las esculturas en relieve en que se representa el ritual del juego) y el Templo de las Columnas - con un pórtico con columnas ornamentadas en relieve.
La Pirámide de los Nichos está formada por 365 nichos, como los días que conforman el año.
EL TAJÍN (IN ENGLISH)
This city was the center of the Totonac culture,and retains the elements that allowed know this civilization. between the years 800 and 1150 after Christ.. The pre-Hispanic city of El Tajín is located 8 km from Papanta, Veracruz, near the Gulf of Mexico coast. Tajín in Totonaca means "thunder". It was declared by Unesco as a World Heritage in 1992. In architecture, made buildings with the incorporation of square or rectangular niches worked with a lot of symmetry.
The prehispanicCenter is divided into the Square river, formed by temples and palaces-altars, the Central Zone, xicalcoliuhquis (attribute to Quetzalcoatl), Tajín Small and the Group of Columns. There are few wall paintings in this center, but its signal an advanced management techniques of drawing and color.
The most important buildings are the Pyramid of the Niches-with a base of 36 square meters-side, the Ball Game (Central and South where highlights in relief sculptures which represents the ritual of the game) and the Temple of Columns - with an open space with columns decorated in relief. The Pyramid of the Niches consists of 365 niches, as the days that form the year.
